This video is up to show something that really needs patching soon, i put clips from the same race one is the real time race, the second is the replay and as you can see, there is a problem with the clutch on replays... Maybe im doing something wrong but it doesnt affect me in the race so i doubt that...

Difficulty used:
ABS: on
TCS: off
STM: off
Racing line: Braking only
AI: Hard
Transmission: Manual w/clutch
Damage: Simulation

Any questions, plz comment rate and subscribe and ill answer as many as i can.

PS. Notice how the changes are smooth in the first clip of each section, but in the replay it seems the clutch is out of sync and the throttle is engaged before the clutch is. Hence the limiter kicking in. To test this, i left a second after the change on the clip at 40 seconds and as you can see, in the race the change was slow and sloppy, but in the replay it seemed ok...

  • you gotta let go of the gas so you dont rev out. like a real stick shift.

  • @innercorean... if you watch the footage from in the race, you'll see that i dont hit the rev limiter when changing. it only hits the limiter in the replays.

  • Mine does tht too

  • @badassdesigns True, that's why im glad this game has a manual w/clutch feature.

  • Can someone tell me easily and precisely is this a glitch does it make u go faster on the straights than ur car normally should when full throttle and redline changing same time as clutch? any difference at all?

  • @CFCPhillip yea i hate that shit. i think it only does it when ever you shift fast

  • i dont understand though why it doesnt do that in normal game and then otherwise .... it doesnt do damage to the car its just friggin weird like the results are shown only in replay hmm idk if it doesnt hurt the car dont mind it ... if you wanna perfect it do it the way i tell you if it doesnt hurt the car though it doesnt matter unless you want a ego booster lol

  • actually you know i just tried it and if you notice when your playing you tap the clutch button and let go and go to the throttle right there

the right way to do it you hit the clutch and hold it til your rpms drop to a prime range then hit the throttle - its just like this in real life vehicals when you think about it when you shift if you let off the throttle right away to try a clutchless shift theres no way to get it in with out grinding unless your rpm and road speed are matched

  • no man yes mine does it too it over revs every single time and grinds the gears and in race i shift perfectly everytime this is a glitch that needs a patch

  • It isn't a glich. YO don't know how to drive a stick car!

  • saveis condicir un cotxe manual o que?

  • I hear you Philip. I thought it only happend to me on my replays.

  • @emoney803 Double clutching is when you clutch in out of the gear and back into gear, In Example(Clutch,Shift from 1st,Release Clutch,Clutch Again, Shift to 2nd.) Giving gas while clutching is an advanced technique of balancing the speed of the tranny and engine so there is no kick when accelerating, Kick will decrease your cars acceleration because its not a smooth transition.

  • @HeiinZz uhh its called double clutching when you give full throttle nd clutch at the same time dont expect your motor nd tranny to last very long though ...

  • let go of the gas, no glitch. do give full gas when u shift on a real car, no...

  • thank god it's a glitch because i get the same thing! :( Smooth changes in game, but on replay it seems to constantly be hitting the limiter when changing up gear :( kind of ruins the replay lol

  • yea man the same thing happens to me, what i do to avoid that is instead of letting go of the gas and pressing right back again instantly i wait until u can clearly see the gauge at lower rpms. then in replays it wont grind ur gears.

  • shit i thought it was just me.

  • omfg.. again.. srry some dipshit is using my acc... srry

  • oh ok its a glitch i thought i was shifting wrong

  • thats cause you have manual w/glutch just do manual

  • Happened to me too b/c in race it do it perfectly fine and sound good but in da replay it messes up

  • It does this for me too, I just had to start driving with a sequential if I wanted to save a replay so that it didn't sound like I just learned how to drive.
