That was it briefly. I'm ok now. This isn't looking for a sympathy vote. Shit happens, lol But I am determined to block their every move. This is why I am starting to look for excellent info like you have produced on here. Cheers.

Have you anything of 3rd party debt collectors?? I hit a situation 2002 when the world stopped. Partner died of cancer, I couldn't work, charges kept being added, etc. Then I got life-threateningly ill, lost my job, house, cars everything. Was penniless and home less. Now two companies are constantly trying to get a part of the debt from me. One, my solicitor wrote to me and said they couldn't produce records of my debt. And forget them. A year later they have started at me again.

indeed! Incidentally they've now admitted they don't have the full original document but STILL insist on chasing me for a debt that's mostly made up of their charges and payment protection.
I would suggest EVERYONE who has a Natwest Credit Card request their Consumer Credit Agreement (it'd cost just £1 to do so) as it appears from the comments the woman gave me implied that anyone who applied online before 2005 will not have a valid agreement for their account and can write off the debt!
