Noah: (Crying on the stairs because she knows what can happen to miley)
Tish: Brandi, take noah away! Billy please stop!

Miley's POV: i knew as soon as i fell to the ground he would somehow hurt me, i just don't know how he planned to tonight.
Billy: (grabs miley by her arm and hair and pushesher across the room, leaves and goes to his room) take care of her tish.
Miley: (crying) mommy.
Tish: hunny i'm right here. (nealed down next to her) where does it hurt most?
Miley: (crying) my wrist and my right side near my ribs
Tish: Miley do you want to go to the doctors?
Miley: no i was there a few days ago
Tish: ok i'll get you some ice. go to your bed. (goes to get ice)
Miley: (tries to get up but can't because of the pain)
Brandi: (rushes over to miley) Miley let me help you.
Miley: (crying) don't touch my side
Brandi: (gets her up)
Miley: (tries not to scream from pain) it hurts
Brandi: i know (takes her up to her room)

school
Tish: (goes into miley's room) come on miley you have to go to school
Miley: fine (gets ready for school and tries to ignore the pain)
Tish: brandi took noah why don't you ask the Jonas' next door for a ride?
Miley: (looks at her mom) no (starts walking to school)

Miley: (at her locker)
Selena: (passes Miley) so Smelly did you fall down the stairs again? (laughs and walks away with everyone else)
Miley: (tries to ignore them)(goes to her classes)
after PE going to lunch
Miley: (forgets her phone in the gym room but dosn't realize)
Nick: (sees the phone but dosn't know whos it is, looks through it trying to find out)
Joe: come on Nick we gotta go
Nick: Oh uh i'll catch up in a minute
Joe: ok
Nick: (sees a picture of miley's bruise in a text to brandi, shocked, realizes it's miley's phone)
Miley: (in the lunch line and realize she left her phone in the gym so she goes back to get it)
Nick: (looking through her phone and sees a bunch of pictures with scars and bruises)
Miley: (walks in)
Nick: (sees miley and closes the phone) um i found it on the bleachers and was trying to find out whos phone it was. (hands it to her)
Miley: (takes it and starts to walk away)
Nick: Miley, wait. i know you don't talk but (stops and thinks that he shouldn't say anything about the pictures) aren't we neighbors?
Miley: (nods and walks away)
Nick: (goes to a teacher that he and miley both have together)
Mrs. Martinez: hello Nick. Why aren't you at lunch?
Nick: because i wanted to talk about miley. you seem to know her the most out of her teachers.
Mrs. Martinez: Nick, i'm sorry but i can't just tell you what goes on with her at home or school.
Nick: i found pictures of huge bruises and scars in her phone sent to her sister.
Mrs. Martinez: (looks at him and sighs) nick, i can't tell you much but things at her house aren't the best for her, thats why she dosn't talk to anyone. she dosn't talk to her family that much either. Nick i want you to promise me that you will let her tell you herself what goes on at home ok?
Nick: ok, but how would i do that if she never talks to anyone?
Mrs. Martinez: she texts a lot so you'll find a way. You have me last today right?
Nick: ok and yea why?
Mrs. Martinez: just making sure.
