Part one of Notes From Underground, a film by Levi Asher starring Phil Zampino (1998 USA). Based on the novel by Fyodor Dostoevsky.

I am still working on a perfect YouTube-ization of this video. I think the street scenes play well, but there is an audio-sync problem with the speaking section that I will try to fix in a version I'll repost soon.
