Why are all the people who saw real combat (Kerry) called "cowards" by right-wong groups and all the cowards who never left their rich estates (Bush-Cheney) considered "tough"? The right has more money to get on TV and radio and convince people.
It reminds me of when Napoleon lost the French war in Egypt. He hurried to France before the news got home, and told everyone France had won the war. Almost no one knew France lost until years later.

Times like this, I wish I could vote in VA. This guy does seem like the real thing, smart, concise, and brave. Does anybody notice that a good part of the Reagan era Republicans are now running as Democrats?
Reagan once said he left the Democrats because they lost their way. Maybe Webb should say the same about the GOP.
Allen's campaign is being run like a high school election for a whiny self-important cheerleader.

George Allen is stonewalling the release of records addressing why multiple warrants were issued for his arrest in 1974 while he was a student at the University of Virginia. The court records of his arrests are missing but one of the few official documents detailing the circumstances surrounding his arrests is Allen's application to the Virginia Bar Association. Allen has so far refused to release that information.

Allen is a damned racist hick and a disgrace to the GOP. Unless Webb calls blacks "n*gger" or refers to women as "c*nts", he will get my vote.
