  • @keytone62 Thanks a lot for the critique my man. Actually, I played this song back in the day when I was in a band. In this video, I just bought the rig you see in the back ground and was testing it out. I didn't rehearse the song before recording it. I was playing by memory and working to get my chops up again. A person like you with a sharp ear will pick up on those things. Thanks again for the good tips bro.

  • I can tell you've been playing this song for a long time and you've become too familiar. in some cases, you're seconds before the notes that you are listening to. You're playing to hard!Relax, remain in pocket and just jam brotha. Now don't get it twisted, U know this tune and you're cold, no doubt about it! Just slow down and play the funk and don't let the funk play U! Now, in saying all that old G, actually that was the funkiest Sir Nose cover I've heard on YouTube. Play on player

  • @megajames3000 I do too man. My most favorite Funk band ever!

  • @coopah1 oh cool thanks man. i LOVE THESE GUYS UGGHHH !!

  • @megajames3000 Cordell "Boogie" Mosson played Sir Nose d'voidoffunk bass part. Mosson joined Funkadelic in 1972 along with his friend and previous bandmate Garry Shider. Mosson was the primary bassist for Funkadelic starting in 1972 and Parliament starting a few years later after Bootsy Collins began to focus on his solo career. Since the late 1970s Mosson has most frequently played rhythm guitar on stage. Bootsy played bass on most of Funkadelic and Parliament's albums through 1980.
