As of now the HD buffer is faster. I guess YouTube wasn't done processing it.

If you watch it in HD let it buffer for a good 10-20 sec. Then you should be able to watch Base X Height with little to no buffer interuptions. If you don't have a high speed internet connection just watch it in normal quality.
