Ok, No matter how much i try i cant seem to lose my belly fat. I need help also to me I don't feel like i have workout enough if im not breathing crazy heavy and dripping sweat.

@HannaHoviola A good rule of thumb is to do something that works up a GOOD sweat for at least 20-30 minutes 3-5 times a week. Whatever you choose for that sweaty activity is totally up to you ;)

@THEchristinamarieh Nothing worthwhile or lasting comes fast, so you have to stick with it. However, you'll probably start FEELING better as soon as you start exercising :)
