fuck harold lauder. out of all of kings characters that screw it up for everyone he takes the cake. i hate that the book allllmost makes you feel sorry for him. he deserved worse. much much worse.

@TheBookWorm1718 Don't feel too bad in the book, he nearly kills Nadine when she tells him she's leaving him there to die. In the end he shot himself in the head after realizing he fucked up and wrote it in a Journal.

Now this is a place where I feel torn. On one hand it would be horrible to die slowly like Harold did, but, you can't feel sorry for a guy who tried to blow everyone up because he was mad about losing his non-girlfriend. But it was extremely selfish on Nadine's part, but also, even if she could get him back up on the road, what was she supposed to do? Any doctor would be miles away.
