Bill Bavasi fucked this team up so badly it'd take the entire league to shut down with everybody becoming free agents with all contracts voided for Seattle ever to have a chance. At least they were smart and didn't sign the 275lb Prince Fielder to $214 million because in 4 years he'll be done just like his father was

Would've been a waste to have Cliff Lee for 3 months and give away our future. It's about time The Yankees held on to their young talent, and it's paid off this year
