  • Just downloaded this, its based on Visual Studio 2010 so no cross compatibility with mac or linux. Beta version dosent suports the STK500 or some AVR's like ATMega8. It's a weird Studio. Hope it gets better when it leaves the betta stadium!

  • Why didn't you use eclipse?!? Like on AVR32 Studio (which was a step into the right direction). It would be cross compatible with Linux where you usually compile buildroot. Why do you always force users to use Windows? Sorry, but Windows-only tools are just poor. :-(

    yep, it still doesnt support the stk500 i think and certainly not the atmega8, i hope the bug will be removed soon..

  • Until now, I have been doing all of my coding via makefile projects in Visual Studio.

    I can't wait to see AVRStudio evolve! :)
