Drunk driving is VERY common not only in Wyoming, but in most rural areas of the west. I'm SO SICK of drunk hillbillies speeding in big-ass pickup trucks. The rate of seatbelt use (or lack of use) in Wyoming is among the worst in the country, too. Go figure......
