NYから連れてきてしまった「長い名前の酵母」の続き。酵母が元気なので、ワッフルを焼いてみました。もう、オレンジの香り微妙なのですが、酵母が元気なら、ワッフルも焼­ける。これが美味しいんだよね~。沢山焼いておいて、冷凍して朝トースターで焼けば幸せ~。
