Once a year Schlafly Beer throws a celebration in honor of Scottish poet Robert Burns. This is our oldest beer festival that we've been celebrating since our founding in 1991 at the Schlafly Tap Room in downtown St.Louis, MO. On this night we celebrate with bag pipes, poetry, haggis, scotch eggs, and the unveiling of our seasonal Scottish Ale. We kick everything off by parading the haggis around the brewery with a line of bag pipers!
