Michael, can you do a video on whether or not No Contact will work over and over? I got my ex back 3 times with NC (the longest being 3 and a half weeks). Will it work the 4th time? This time, i waited a month and couldn't take it anymore, so i did the initiating, but he still doesn't want to get back together. So i'm starting NC all over again. Maybe I should have waited longer than a month?

@Danimal77 yup. it does. she's right now expecting you to be all crushed and sad. NC is when you get to do all the work of building your self esteem, and then in a few days/weeks/however long it takes, she'd be wondering, "ok...i know i told him to not contact me anymore, but WHERE IS HE?!" then when she tries to stalk you or whatever, and you appear to have moved on, she'll be like "WTF HE'S SUPPOSED TO BE SAD!"

I did ALL of the things you suggested and then messed up AFTER I broke NC. Now for the first time, she has told me NOT to contact her and to leave her alone. So, by my going into NC because I have no other choice, does this still have the same impact, as just going into NC without them telling you to leave them alone?

@Sallyallie89 And I have to be honest, I did not think my ex would ever contact me again after all my pestering. I pestered the fudge out of him! But after 10 solid days of no contact he did come back and is talking to me again. I told myself to remain calm, cool, and collected while talking to him at all times. I don't want him back as a boyfriend, but just as a friend because he knows me so well and was a big chapter of my life.

I was pestering my ex for awhile, then went 10 days of no contact once he started ignoring me. He texted me this morning at 2:00am telling me he misses me and that he is not as cold as he pretends to be. I responded politely after waking up in the morning that I still love him, but that I no longer see a future with him as far as a relationship goes. I agreed friendship, for now, is best for us. He agreed and seemed really happy to have friendship with me at the very least =)

I love your vid but NC worked for me in the sense that I realized that if I am apologizing to someone doing all in my power to get their forgiveness and they still wont speak to me then that is not the person I want to be with. I rather you say leave me alone than to ignore me because once you start with that behavior you will always have to deal with that person shutting down emotionally on you and I don't deserve someone like that. I deserve better. If this worked for you I am happy for you.

I got back together with my ex. Whom i adore and love, but she ended up cheating on me. Regardless of all of this, the m3 system helped me learn a lot more about myself than just "getting back your ex". I am my own person now...bitch

@mg00swold what if they were being mean to you but they are manipulative and turned it around on you? i don't want to get back with her but I don't know if i would be able to turn her down if she did try to get back with me. what can I do to maybe bring this up without getting some guilt trip or get cussed out. or what can I do to "safeguard" myself from her making an advance on me?

i didnt get this at first for ywould someone get loser if im not talking to um. but realyd sometimes when you dont have something to me its abit like a fish without water. that person ofcoise being the water and you being the fish and them being the fish and you being there water.. over time wich you miss. and only got it when this hapned to me.. first nothing didnt think then no calls like there use2 wich missed. thanks mate helped alot when it came to understanding :)

I love your videos!! I myself is going through a friendship break right now, it was a mutual understanding between the both of us. We were in a codependency friendship and we were both feeling smothered, i tried keep no contact last month but i just couldn't say no. We both agreed that we both needed to take time and work ourselves and be more independent. How long should i keep my distance from my friend?? I was thinking at least a month....
