  • I know what you're saying, but being a chord which belongs to the key of E minor isn't the same thing as being "an E minor chord."

    Anyway, C E G (what he said) is an Em/5+, and IS an Em chord in addition to belonging to the key of Em, but this video is about chords which belong to the key of D major (what you would call "D major chords"). Em/5+ does not belong to the key of D major, which is why his stuffup mattered.
