First Lady Michelle Obama took her charm offensive to an all-girls school in London and urged them to think of education as cool. She delivered her message with a personal touch -- doling out hugs. (April 2)

Being a brit and somewhat reserved with emotional outpouring, I believe her to be dignified and genuine. She has persona that I would liken to Diana! You Americans have a great first lady, so be very proud of her and respect her raw emotional style. Well done Michelle

Around America a lot of people are angry at whites? 80% of America is white. I think what you mean to say is a lot of people play the victim card and cry discrimination, expecting everything to be given to them for free without working or studying.

Hawaii is also mostly white, so white people aren't an ostracized minority there. Of course Hawaiian people's land was taken away from them but on the other hand, it's a very well-taken care of place and they're not oppressed.

Michelle Obama’s $4.5 billion "Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act" mandates broke school districts to grow gardens and have salad bars, but it begs the question why can’t the existing system be revamped to give children healthier choices without costing a fortune.

It also takes $2.2 Billion away from the Food Stamp Program to fund it. Currently the US pays some farmers not to grow food, and Michelle is on Sesame Street using Elmo to push it.

I was refering to highschool education. It used to be alot more intense like secondary educations. However your only as educated as the teacher. And a bunch of those couldnt deduct a fart from an idea.

There's a reason companies and the govt have a preference for veterans (mainly their discipline) I don't think anyone should be excluded from employment based on sex, color, handicap status, sexual orientation or whatever, however it should not be a reason people are hired either. That's *true* equal opportunity right there, not making excuses for people's failures. A stupid lazy white person gets no extra points, yet a stupid lazy black person would. Maybe your area doesnt have many minorities
