  • @theemusic92 Please !

  • @Korndog88 Send them to me !

  • how much did you money wise save in replacement costs with all that?

  • Can we say every part is reusable?

I was wondering if there is any kind of part that loses quality in time, or as long as it works every part is good?

    thanks

  • Hello,

My dad owns an electronic repair shop...he just throws away anything that is going to cost more to fix than to replace.

What should I do with all of those electronics he throws away?

    Thanks

  • @tiggeroush that surge suppressor that is yellow how can it be tested or do they ever go bad? also if remove can the component still work?

  • I wish i would have stayed in that electronics school cause when I scrap tv's and other stuff I know there are parts there i could use for other things....

  • @123456ludvig the one that looks like a AC cap was a surge suppressor it works kind of like a zener diode that starts working when the voltage goes above its rating, and bleeds the extra voltage to ground and neutral. Most store bought surge suppressors will have three in it. Neutral-Ground, Line-Neutral, and Line-Ground. That board only had two on it plus one ark suppressor (or lightning arrested or what ever other name that tube is called).

  • Very cool, understandable, this guy shows how without being anal.
