On the 23rd (the Emperor`s birthday, holiday) we had our second annual Christmas dinner. On the menu was Roasted Turkey, with Dressing and Gravy, Beef Au Gratin, Blanched Veggies, Mashed Potatoes, Homemade Cranberry Sauce, Garlic Rice, a swell as Deviled Eggs and Spinach and Bacon dip, followed by a Cream and Pumpkin sauce desert.
