This is my son, Donavynn. With some video clips of him during his relapse treatment (ALL). I made it for a class project so that people could get a better picture of what childhood cancer means.

  • Thank you jrscamp I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of your childs friend.

  • gosh he is so cute & he has such a gorgeous smile. bless him hope he keeps on smiling. coz he is inspirational 2 every1 including myself.

  • @SpankUHairyMuf Thank you. He finally finished treatment 11/8/10 and we pray that he will stay in remission and one day be considered cured.

  • wow he lost alot of weight, was that because of all the drugs?

  • @InvaderZimFan101 Yes, the steroids cause you to gain a lot of weight really fast but then once they stop it usually comes right back off.

  • how is he doing? he is such a trooper!

  • He has more than a year left of treatment but is doing well so far. Had he not relapsed he would have finished in June 2009. Thank you, he is the strongest person I know!

  • Wow, this was inspiring to watch. Here I am, 16 years old, never being affected by cancer, wanting to be like your brave (not to mention adorable) son! I am praying for you and your family. There WILL be a cure someday.

  • aww him crying brought tears to my eyes. I hate seeing little ones crying in pain, it just brakes my heart.

my 4 year old daughter had a 4 year old friend who earned his wings on November 26, 2011 from cancer he had a wilms tumor that turned into lung cancer. he only fought for a year and lost.

your little Donavaynn is so brave. hope he wins this battle.

  • what made him cry?

  • nothing like a good hampster dance to lighten the mood

  • What a brave little boy, how is he doing now?
