  • If there is ever any strain on the vision when gazing... end that session. Either the sun is too high or you have reached your max for that session. There should never be any strain on the eyes. Slow and easy progress is the key.

Any residual imaging noticed in the eyes after a session (and a few moments of eyes closed mediation) is evidence of some strain on the eyes. Normally, this disappears within a few days.

  • Dear sun gazer, when Nasa scientists get interested, think of Einstein, and Tesla. Their humane intentions got perverted into war utensils and means to control. Use and apply knowledge discretely

  • @amitp2 bring some sand in your appartment and stand on it;put it in smth and just stand on it

  • howabout children? or when is it recommended to start at a young age? and also canyou sun gaze then start sunbathing afte it?

  • If you eat omega oils every day your body does not burn. I use Mr. Undo's oil. Do not cooked oils..

  • I have been practicing it for almost five years- 5 to 10 minutes a day alongwith my regular Pranayams. I can emphatically say that through Pranayams, one gain energy (Urja) from the Air Element (Vayu Tatva) and by Sun gazing energy is gained by Agni Tatva (Fire element). We gain energy from all the five elements. I am a "young" man of 68 maintaining excellent health.

  • I'll start practicing, but i have some questions though, i don't know if someone can answer them here. how save is it for childrens to sun gaze? why in places like africa or even india where people starve to death, don't sun gaze?

  • @jckchrstphr

He personally admitted he ate a few times in a couple of years time because of the taste. I don't know what the hell is wrong with people for whining about this, because I still find this pretty impressive. If I'd live in a sunny climate, I'd try this stuff for sure.

  • the brain runs on 12 volts of energy.

  • To do list for tomorrow:

    - Sungaze

To do list for next year:

    -Stop eating

That was great, but the audience at the end rude.

  • I live in apartment which is hardwood or granite floor? I don't have dirt to stand. Can I do sun gazing from my apartment?
