Clark Kent reveals his identity to Lois Lane in "Superman: The Animated Series" episode "The Main Man: Part 1." Even when he tries, he can't convince people that he's Superman. That's why glasses, a slight change in his hair, and some clever acting lets him slide under the radar. Still, pretty risky move by Clark. Obviously, the writers were having some fun.

  • Star Labs, Power Girl?

  • @killerspamer RUHAHAHAHAHAHA!

  • Lol hes lying

  • For some reason I feel like they never quite got Lois right in the T.V. shows and Movies, but that might just be me...idk. But the Animated Series seemed to show her personality perfectly.

  • @ShadowSonic2 I think people would have recognized billionaire Bruce Wayne but not some "yolka from smallville" as Lois puts it. :) But I do wonder.....

  • @godzilla19892012 The idea is that since Superman doesn't wear a mask, the people hey figure he's got nothing to hide, so he must not have a secret identity.

Yes, this means Superman has been trolling people for decades.

  • @GodOfTheInternets

What makes you think he wasn't trying to intentionally enrage her? He just gave her a ridiculous story on why he is better than her at the job.

  • @Tuiteyfruity88

"I like to think became superman so"

    What are you saying?

  • @Diakron79

    no.

  • @LordManda2

It's not just the glasses. Their is also the hair and things like "why would Superman even have a secret identity? He doesn't wear a mask". Its easy for us as the audience to go "Superman is right there", but the people in the show don't benefit from that.

I enjoy a good laugh on Clark's paper thin disguise too, but why you gotta hate. This show and whatever comic you are talking about are both good.
