Their all crazy amazing however 9 year ole Johnny when one ponders . . .
Ok...so; 9 years on the planet...two of them mostly crawling around on the floor or trying to get your balance. . . three more you can hardly hold a banjo . . . What the finger pickin' ! . . . how do you pick your way to this in the three or less remaining years....(rhetorical question...)

@AdamRyanKirkwood what about me? 16 years of guitar and I still suck... Don't worry, no need to be a shred just have fun.

@DENMONKEY I agree, but 9 year old banjo player grabs peoples attention, and thats the way youtube works. If you truly want recognition on here, you have to play the system.

@daves543 thanks. I actually happened to have found the name by hopping on these guys' website and its actually on their CD thats out.

@Perfect5Recurve You might recognize the tune when I mention the name "Bugle Call"

What the hell?! That kid on the guitar has been playing for three years and I've been playing for like 6-7 years and he is way better than me. I better just give up...

Can someone please tell me the name of this song? I need to know.

I just wish the audience would refrain from clapping. Inevitably they get out of time with those playing. They were so far off in this session that I think it was amazing the kids were able to stay together--but they did.

awesome just awesome!
Really enjoy this but don't like the fact that nearly every video posted is titled something about ' 9 year old on banjo etc etc.' As good as he is at his age, I believe they all deserve as much praise and recognition for their talent and focus. I find it somewhat insulting to the other boys that they are left out.
Job well done, to each of you.

I hope these young fella's come to the Branson, Mo bluegrass festival this year. I would love to jam with them between sessions. I've been playing Banjo for over forty years now and these kids are something else. I think Johnny very will could be the next Earl Scruggs. It's amazing how smooth he is for only picking for about four years. Most folks, including me, don't get that sharp in four years. You can get pretty good, but this boy,,,,,, Wow! I like seeing kids picking up the old instruments.
