  • Keep in mind, even though his pushups are "pathetic" the speed at which he does them allows him to perform more than usual.

  • your not supposed to do situps like that because ur using momentum or watever from ur arms therefore your not getting the full workout on you stomach, you dont need to go all the way up, u can also hurt ur neck !

  • its true that those pushups were kinda pussy lol, more of a challenge when your nose hits the floor. im only 13 and im pretty lazy but i can do atleast 35 situps and 25 pushups (real ones)
