Geez, why is everyone making such a big deal about a British accent?
What English speaking person HASN'T immitated the British accent? We all do it with our friends. As well as French, Spanish, Irish etc... What's weird about it? It's just fun to do.
These people people that try to turn something normal and fun into something strange don't have a life. And neither do the people who buy into it.
