Thanks Knitpicks, I love you guys!

@chibimisumi yes, if you do not want to do magic loop, you can always use regular double pointed needles to make mittens. I would suggest following how Kelley splits up her stitches into two section, and then use 2 double pointed needles for each half. Then, as you follow along you simply must knit across two of your double pointed needles for every half of Kelley's magic loop.

What size needle are you using?

@bozomahoney In additional to lots of natural light, we also use a basic photo studio kit for additional lighting.

Where are your tutorials to show how to knit the thumb in the mitten?
Rozikess 11 months ago
@Rozikess This video is part a larger mitten tutorial. If you go to the Knit Picks channel, you can select the playlist at the top where you will find Kelley's Mitten Class. Click on that to see all of the videos contained within this tutorial set. Kelley goes over a few different thumb options so it might be best to watch all of the sections of the thumb to decide what direction you want to go in.

You mention a 32" cable, but what size needle are you using?
mccartancaitlin 1 year ago
@mccartancaitlin Kelley mentions that she will be using a worsted weight yarn. Using a worsted weight yarn and depending on your gauge, you will want to use a US 7 or US 8 needle size.
