@7144dragracer Naw, Now I have a tekin sc4x 4.5turn and a 32 mpitch metal spur, running on 45c 4700mah 3 cell,

@stembiall are you still running 8 cell, and if so have you had any problems with it? i have the same combo (except in a slash 2wd) , and the highest ive run is 7 cell nimh due to the fact that castle says 2s max or 8.4 nimh max. but some say thats just a saftey precaution and that it can actually take up to 3s before the cutoff kicks in. therfore 8 cell nimh is ok?

cool video! I am new to the surface side of the hobby, have been flying for 3 years now. I was looking at this truck as my first. Is it a good beginner truck? My friend has a few fully mod-ed trucks, if I want to keep up I would probably purchase this BL system. Do they make a wheelie bar for it? I have some 3s 2200 batteries for my plane, would they work? It seems pretty fast on 2s... Thanks for your help in advance!

@jsmbc101 I think the wheelie bar made for the stampede and ruslter fit. Not sure though..
And the batteries you have MIGHT work. But they would have very low run time. Best thing to do is probably get new lipo's. Hobbypartz has gens ace 2s 5000mah 40c ROAR approved batteries for 35 each

Very nice, I have the sidewinder sct in my blitz running 8 cell nimh, hard to keep the front wheels down on pavement but a beast on the track. Are you having heating issues with your outerwear? I just zip tied the fan that came with the setup onto the esc and have the blower pointing back, works great.
