I hope you read this comment. I just read your article in the Niagara Gazzete Sunday Edition. I Really had no idea That Pd was time consuming, painful and takes up a lot space. And as far as the the donor Mr. Stephan McClelland, is an angel, his blessings as well as yours will come a many. There should be more people like him, as the world would be a better place. My mother in law will soon begin PD and we're thinking were was i going to put a 30day supply,now i have an idea of how much space it will take.Hopefully i find one.THX

I'm all too familiar with this being on dialysis. When I was in high school I used to get so embarrassed because the Baxter truck would be outside my house once a month delivering supplies. The boxes however alway come in handy if you have a friend that's moving or if you are an art major and you need lots of cardboard for projects. I hope Savilla will post a video since she's had her transplant.

Boxes go in the recycling bin. It's a lot of work. Or you can try to pawn them on friends, or use them for putting your good will items in...so they get the boxes when you donate items to the thrift store. I tell you it's a big pain.

I am also doing peritoneal dialysis. People may find this a strange question but I know you won't. What do you do with all your boxes? LOL

Thank you for posting these! I'm a nursing student, and we recently talked about PD and hemo. These videos gave me an idea of what a dialysis patient goes through on an everyday basis. This will definitely be helpful for me in future practice!
