After 10 years, I'm finally able to watch this. I worked on the 38th floor of the South tower. I was there when the plane hit; honestly we didn't know what had happened. As I came down to the lobby, there was nothing but panic and terror in everyone's eyes. For the first time in my life, I saw death first hand. I could see out the big foyer windows near the lobby, and I will NEVER forget what I saw. It was a man, probably 40 or 50 hit the pavement. I cannot explain how much it scarred to seethat
