@JonaMina1 Gotta be nice to the Germans. Prana constitutes the second sheath (kosa) of a human being (Atman or Self). Kundalini is energy but it has an impact on and is generated by (cause and effect of) all the koshas: Annamaya Kosa (Gross Body), Pranamaya Kosa (Vital Air Sheath), Manomaya Kosa (Mental Sheath), Vigyanamaya Kosa (Intellectual Sheath), Karanamaya Kosa or Anandmaya Kosa (Causal Sheath). Prana keeps the physical body alive. The Chinese call it Chi and address it via acupuncture.

@merfwriter: Sure Chinese "rats" are always up to some mischief or other. If you look at their faces closely, you will even see that many really have sharp, ratty features as well. Cheers.

so there are different types of beings as opposed to one having similar birthdays, what are the light beings , therse talk of them being here , indigos ect so where dooes other planitary beings come into it, pleidians and the like, how do you know if your this way inclined, a good heart,? im talking in human terms here its interesting. I had a dream with a pleiadian as people call them without ever doing this meditation or having heard of them before. someone told me what it was after. any ideas? other odd things have been happening recently which you simply won't believe! not sure if I do. All I know is I feel different and need some ideas and guidance, thanks.
