here are some of the best exercises to help improve your armwrestling, other than obviously armwrestling itself. These are really good especially if you don't have a table like myself. These are only a few, I will give you more:

preacher curl, weighted dips, weighted pull ups or chin ups, shoulder press, close grip bench and working with CoC's or heavy grips is one of the best.

note: on the bar extension hold, make sure the small end of the bar is not resting on your wrist or forearm. it looks like it is on mine, but if you look closely, it isn't. I also didn't do the full amount of reps that should be done, I only did like 3 or 4 per exercise just so the vid wouldn't be so long.

  • Loads and loads of grip and forearmstrength. Doesn't mattar how strong your arms, shoulders or shest is if you have weak forearms. The best armwrestler I've ever met never went to the gym, he just spent 5 to 6 hours a day in a repairshop constantly working heavy with his hands. He's the only guy I haven't beat so far. Best training tool? Captains of crush for me.

  • @Motoruven I agree, however, grippers are completely useless when it comes to armwrestling. It doesn't mimic it very well. You don't need to squeeze the hell out of your opponents hand. You need strong fingertips. Also, when you crush the grippers, your wrist is bent back, where in aw, your wrist should never be bent back. Grippers are best when the are easy to close, and just bang out a hundred reps. Its better for forearm endurance but not strength

  • Great workouts, strong forearms... you compete?

  • @Malignantspiritify yes, i have vids of all my tournaments

  • Man, I just decided today I wanted to beat just about every guy I knew at very unofficial arm wrestling, the sort you do at lunch on the cafeteria's tables. Those exercises seem pretty damn helpful, but I heard that crumpling newspapers into little balls helped much for arm wrestling. Is that true? Great video, I really like it :)

    Cheers!

    REAL TALK

i started working at a auto body shop and am a welding student....my forearms got huge and everyone in this shop isnt even "big" but at bars they crush all the body building guys at arm wrestling

  • @the better halo player. You do not use that muscle that you use well you are doing those exercises u use one that's like in you're shoulder

  • @lolmmmol I know what you mean, just squeezing isn't gonna help you win, but what grippers do is that they also thoughens your entire forearm. Combine them with wristcurls/twists and some basic wheightlifting and your gonna be a killer. But I see your point, and it's a good one ;)

  • I would smash u in an arm wrestle :)

  • @lolmmmol you know those stupid kids who keep theyr elbow like 1 meter from theyr body , so prone to injury and so low muscle engagement , do you correct and explain them ? just something that passed my mind , they are just soo clueless it makes me sick

  • Isometric training helps a lot
