  • trhis is utterly AMAZING ! have you ever considered breeding hamsters and such?

  • @CaliGurl97vintage

Thanks!!! :-) For me, Robos are the sweetest animals I know and I love to watch them. But no, I don't want to breed hamsters, I just want to give some of them a better life. All Robos are from animal shelter. I think no cage can afford their needs.

  • It looks amazing! Great job! I was curious about how cleaning works! Isn't it hard to clean such a big cage-aquarium? How often do you need to clean?

  • @cgurbuzie I will see, it's onlay a week old. The robos are 99% of their time in the sand area, so I think I have to build a sieve-shovel or somethink like this.

  • hello i have the imac fantasy, its a quite big sized cage and the base is quite deep, would you recommend putting sand in the bottom instead of woodshavings? :s

  • it's look amazing! proud of you

  • that was AWESOME to say the least! whoever lives in there, is super lucky :D. how hard is it to clean?

  • @abgekippt would you ever keep any other kinds of hamsters? I would love to do what you're doing! but, I am only yet to be fourteen, so, it would be quite a while until I could own more than one hamster, mine is a winter white :D Yet again, i am ABSOLUTELY amazed by your work.

  • @0815irgentwas Yes I Know :-) I was putting once a dish with food and marbles on the top of my robos house (12cm). In the night I was suddenly hearing loud clicks of colliding marbles and was wondering how my robo solved this height. My acrylic walls are 16,6 cm high and the surface is very slippery. Hope height will be ok.

  • @abgekippt I can tell you, robos can jump 10cm high easily. I used huge card board boxes as playpen. basically robo-safe. Ofc I put in some toys like bridges, branches and stuff. One day, that tiny fella climbed the highest branch and jumped out of the box. Luckily, he was trapped on a bookshelf behind the box and I found him chewing through my file folders trying to escape. I put a mesh over his bin and he never escaped again. ^^

  • cool but complicated for a lazy 12 year old!
