Yeah, he is. He's surprisingly smart, and will follow me all over the house. Like any bird, he's really messy, and will get into things if allowed, but unlike parrots with their strong beaks and grasping feet, his range of damage causing abilities are limited.

i recently got a new pigeon and named him Sir Poops Alot
