Carvin CS6 California Single + Ibanez Tube King (TK999HT) + Ibanez TBX150R sound demo

Showing the versatility and tone of my new axe, Carvin CS6. I'm using the guitar's volume control to go from clean to distortion. It has coil taps so you can get some strat-ish sound out of it too.

The setting on the Tubeking is Bass +3; Mid +5; High -2 (Tubeking has active eq); Gain 5; Level 6.5; and Noise gate off. Also, I replaced the stock tube with Tungsol 12ax7 but the stock tube sounded just fine.

The setting on the TBX is Bass 1; Mid 2; and High 0 and this too has an active eq. The gain nob is at 3 and level was around 6 on the clean channel without the over drive switch on.

I also used the zoom g2. 1u pedal but only to add slight delay.

It could, but depends on your setting. In this video, I'm going from clean to distortion by just touching the volume nob on my guitar.

Hey, guy! I´m actually buying this one and it´s coming without adapter (power supply)... Could you help wich adapter is more suitable for it? Ibanez AC309? Or maybe AC109? Or which original adapter comes with the new pedal? Thanks

@gangtwanger -Yes, I have had it with the major guitar companies, and now, Carvin, cutting corners, making crap instruments, and charging high Earth orbit prices for them. The employees are not becoming millionaires, that's for sure. I read a online article (name escapes me, probably have to Google it) that described the Gibson Guitar Company as the # 1 WORST place to work in the United States. So much for "old world craftsmanship" That was a hallmark of the old Epiphone company.
