I've got a picture of that day of the coast guard house at pretty much the same angle you had it. The wave in the picture crashed against the rocksand reached the top of the coast guard house. It was amazingly intense

Thanks for posting this. It's been several years since I've been over there but I know the area quite well, but have never seen a storm surge like that. Pretty cool.

It got worse the next morning... MUCH higher, I wish I had gone back down there to get more video.

Can you get some footage of surfers when they hit the water. I live in Colorado now, but lived and surfed in Gloucester, MA for 10 yrs. Missing the surf out here.
