  • I think many of the comments are only focusing on the homeless. This principle/ invention has many other uses in many other sectors.

  • @seanmulhall

Exactly Sean, I'm glad you see that too. By the way I think you did a great job on your wool blanket shirt.

  • @Prepare2Survive

Inspired by this video I am thinking about making another with the wool on the inside then a space blanket, then a waterproof shell. Might be the next generation of wool smocks.

  • @seanmulhall

That's sounds like a great idea Sean.

  • is this what our 'ingenuity' and 'innovation' has become????

Other nations are building solid middle-classes and well educated youth and we are focusing in homeless technology???

USA has become a poor and broke country !!!

  • @SustenanceNCovering

    Good point

  • @Prepare2Survive Don't forget the US prison system. 75% of all exported furniture is made by slave labor inside the US prison system. 100% of the profit from that goes to the owners of the prisons, not toward the prisoners upkeep. The US government pays for that out of our tax dollars. In fact all of the Chinese Imports are being made by slave labor as well. As the slave labor force grows there will eventually be no more use for paid laborers.

  • @LongHuntre

This pilot program is using homeless people to make them. In general though, there just aren't enough jobs in the united states for the 15-30 million unemployed people. Those jobs are now in china.

  • @hobbexp

sleeping bags aren't multipurpose, waterproof or cheap.

  • @brutallindigo

not yet, they're planning on making an instructional video soon.

  • @hallard069

Yes, it looks like an extra long capote with the end doubled over and folded in as a retention to keep the extra length from dragging on the ground.
