  • Amazing. Brakes set, throttle 60-80% for 20 seconds. Throttle Full and brakes release. That's an amazing take off, like the oldies. In 1984, I took off from Barcelona on the TWA 747 and it took off like this. I won't forget that moment never.

  • love the sound of Engines......PIA is one of the airlines who has best pilots in the world.....I wish if some one could post the PIA Jumbo belly landing at DXB AIRPORT in mid of 80s.

  • WOW :O THAT IS ONE FAT AND TALL AND CHUBBY AIRPLANE I SEEN. THE ONE I GO ARE AIRBUSES

  • if he was thrying to shorten the distance needed to get to full power then he must have been overloaded

  • @guillermovidal1lfb pia always do it this way! MUCH FASTER!

  • @vunduva . . Oh no !! Let we not trigger a fight here my Pak friends.. Happy that u have a gud airline.. Best Wishes !! Bt u need to accept the fact India has gt some world class airlines in Jet airways & Kingfisher ( Though now in Financial crisis ) ..

  • @Manikandanj26 Yes they do and they are more disciplined and have a better service then any rusty Indian airline.

  • @subent . .Ha Ha !! :)

  • By setting the throttle first with the brake set, is there any chance of overheating the brakes and thus causing damage?

    Excellent video though!

  • @Manikandanj26 You are the zenith of ignorance.

  • Pakistan.. Do they have airlines of their own ?

  • @sachimuhabbat im not too sure about that comment there....

they might be the launch customer of the 772LR, but you cant say their aircrafts are 'latest then other airlines'...

Emirates on the other hand, keeps renewings its fleet, with an avg of 6.4 years, making it the youngest fleet operator in the world :)
