memorial for Maria Sue Chapman

Dear Chapman family,
my heart breaks for all of you, and words seem to just be words.but a friend of mine ,who also lost her daughter,told me every word that came in to her in her time of loss was Christ, comforting her... so i pray that Christ uses my words to do the same for you. There are so many words , yet not enough ...but they all are a stitch in the blanket of God..and are forming a cover of love, from heaven, for your family to find comfort under, in this time of sorrow...
this quilt of love that is being sewn comes from people all over the world..to let you know you are loved, and carried , respected and blessed...
we went to zellwood to lay flowers in memory of Maria,,,, we will cry, we will pray, we will sing your song... but never will we be able to take away your pain...all we can do is just form tight stitches in the quilt of our Father.. to cover you with love , peace rest and healing..
Maria would not have had the life she had without you finding her. She learned the love of family and God thru the way you blessed her with your love.
As Maria closed her eyes to this world, she opened her eyes to Jesus holding her hand,, and she didnt have to wonder who He was.She smiled and said.."I know you!" Then they started to sing together...."Jesus loves me this I know for my family taught me so,,' and He gently lead her to her prepared place in the kingdom of Heaven.
My prayers for your family is peace, and rest,and healing...May God carry you in His arms till you can stand again..

omg i cryed soo hard when i fist found out about what happened i feel so bad for the brother and their family i hope god helps them all and i will pray for all of u and and im so so so so sorry that she had 2 die but she is in a better place and is with god right now!! so we should be happy for her!! we will see her again some day in heaven and she will be happy!!!.........amen!

i feel happy jesus let me stay on earth. i was ran over by a truck when i was 2 and went to the hospital and i sear im not lying my mom told me that the the doctors told her i was okay and i had no broken bones and i think a little bit of bruises but o ther than that i was fine :D

@GreatAuntCayce They put several things in with Maria that meant a lot to her, including letters from all her siblings, a favorite doll, her ballet shoes, and other things. Her brother kept her security blanket as a remembrance of her, and kept in with him constantly in the days after her death - you can see him wearing it around his neck in videos of her funeral.

R.I.P. Maria Sue Chapman. Why didn't they have Maria buried with her Security Blanket? When Dad died he was buried with his Wedding Ring, the Watch that I gave him for Father's Day, and his Belt. He died in a Skydiving Accident on 9/11/05.

I cried. I'm still crying. I love Steven and his music and my heart aches and aches for this family. I know God has little Maria up there, dancing and singing with her. God loves us, and he always will.

I am sorry for the lost of your baby daughter or sister Maria Sue. Today Maria Sue is 6 years old of 2009. It's been a year since Maria Sue died.
