how many cups of rice i always seem to mess up at that part. im making it for 4 ppl.

wow best video ive seen and short too...but can i use chicken broth, or boil the chicken first to make the broth, then put the chicken into the onions and stuff then make te rice in the broth then add the chicken and stuff???.....
I thought Arroz Caldo literally means Rice Soup.
