@chunhyei I live in the Netherlands and most people understand English. That's why I use Chinese (Southern-Min) songs with the same lyrics, which is hilarious untill someone understands it, then someone explains and everybody gets mad. But this song could be heard in French (provincial) kindergartens withour complaint.

@sirwann The commercial assumes that its audience speaks English, because if they didn't they wouldn't understand the joke. Anyhow, it's Dutch, and Dutch are just as good at English as Swedes are.

Anyhow, while I don't know a single Swede who can't get by in English, I know plenty whose English could use plenty of improvement.

This video is aimed at Dutch people who understand English well enough to get the joke but who still want to become more proficient with the language.
