There are some very interesting ideas in this design. Love the backyard Garage idea, improved insulation, would love to be posted about your progress. Also wonder if you are interested in the Mike Strizki process of saving some solar into Hydrogen Gas that can be used for automobiles. Check his vids.

that's neat.
a distributed solar heat collector system that uses a centralised underground community heat-store battery. Using solar power for house heating, and therefore saving %30 of household greenhouse emissions.
