agreed, hes not nearly as agile, but he is ridiculously strong. just look up how he picked up trevor ariza. no one but shaq and dwight howard can hold their position against him (maybe kendrick perkins due to low center of gravity)

yao used to be so agile. now he has more strength, but lost quite a bit that

not sure why he said 4:10 when he block amare. i personally think the only thing i've seen that yao has lost a little is his quickness. yao used to be able to play face up and put the ball on the floor a little. and his spin move was much quicker. but in return, he got stronger and that's helped him to become what he is today.
