The proposed structure incorporates a modern influence with simple lines, shapes and flat roofs. Clearstory windows are provided over the master suite and dining and living areas to allow natural light and mountain views. A rooftop view deck offers panoramic vistas of cityscape and adjacent hillsides. The exterior materials consist of smooth and coarse textured stucco, stone veneer, anodized aluminum and various types of solar glass used in a simple and effective manner.
The home features state of the art energy saving ceiling mounted HVAC units mounted in every room for maximum efficiency. All audio/visual and HVAC components are controlled by central mainframe and touch pads positioned throughout the home. The roof top solar panels capitalize on the desert climate and reduce power consumption by 65%. The frontscape supports drought resistant landscape while the rear yard depicts a garden oasis with salt water pool, outdoor kitchen and lanai. The living room sliding glass wall retracts into wall pockets blurring the line between exterior and interior living.
