In my opinion, Dave Weckl have taught the best way to play drums. This guy is right when he says that you shouldn't be bend over while playing, but then again, look at his right arm when he's playing.. One of the most important rules in drumming postures is to have you're arms totally relaxed. But the way he plays, causes alot of tension to his arms which will cause inaccurate drumming, fatigue and, if unlucky, injuries..

I'm a teacher. If you want to retire at thrity five, play with bad posture. If you want to feel back pain while loading in and out, play with bad posture. This guy is giving you tips that will SAVE YOUR LIFE!!!
