The deals were struck. Sales at the four buildings — Axis, The 88, Three Sixty Residences and City Heights — are still far from what the developers expected several years ago, they are a BUST Taxpayers. It SEEMED like a sure bet. "This has been a tough market," said Harry Mavrogenes, Executive Director of the San Jose Redevelopment Agency, which sold land to two of the four developers. Most of the buildings remain less than half sold. A lot less folks. One example, Axis, for example has sold fewer than a quarter of its 329 units. The San Jose City Council agreed to let Mesa Development amend its original agreement with the city. The company will pay only $8 million for the city-owned land the high rise occupies instead of the $10 million it had agreed to pay in 2005.

When did they strike the deal to give away $2,000,000.00 dollars of your tax revenue? Before or after they violated THE BROWN ACT. No wonder they need to RAID the PENSION FUNDS. Wheres the GRAND JURY or is there one. We know who all these people are and how they are connected financially, DO YOU?
