Is there any tips you can give to make this look last the night at a special ocassian and also I have ivory toned skin what red lipstick would look good on me?
I pick red lipsticks more based around the colour of someone's teeth. Because even if you pick a colour that suits someone's skin tone or hair colour, it may make their teeth look really yellow (which red lipstick is notorious for). A blue red lippy will not fail. Try Mac's Ruby Woo, or Mac Red.
If your teeth are very white, then you can go for different base colours to the red, like a more orange red. It really depends on your hair, eye colour, etc.
Love the tutorial..adores it! I really really LOVE red lipstick & the pin up look but due to the environment (asian culture) that i live in - red lipsticks are usually associates with 'mothers' or 'grannies'- and if i walked around town with the retro look ppl would have thought that im a bit cuckoo lol.. I've bought ruby woo(mac), but i havent dare using it til now (been 5mths nw)..still havent got the guts to use it..HAHAHA.. i think gonna wait til my bday then..
I know what you mean. But, as I've said to people all throughout this channel, red lipstick should be worn with conviction. You should wear it to show off. And no matter where you are in the world, or what people think of it, it will look sexy if you wear it with confidence.
Holy moly...my dear, you are drop-dead gorgeous. With or without makeup. Thankfully for me and the other over 8,000 subscribers, you not only use makeup, you have turned the application of it into an art form then shared the techniques. (The flapper makeup tutorial is utterly fab, and perfect for recreating that look) Thank you!
Hey Amy,I really like your hair and was wondering what prouduct you use, cause my hair is in a really bad condition i would really appreciate it thanx.
I am wanting to do a whole video talking about my hair! I get a lot of questions about it, and you don't get a lot of space to write in these comments!
My hair looks healthy because it is black and all one colour! So that immediately helps it appear glossy, and healthy. I try not to make contact with the hair dryer and my hair when blowdrying, so I don't burn it. I also do a kerastase treatment every so often (when I think of it!).
