@ragdoll294 Tabata's are 20/10 by definition. That being said, you can use all sorts of timing for your circuits/intervals. Your example would be brutal :). Just make sure that you can keep the level of intensity high. It's hard to go full out when the intervals get too long. Great work!

This girl is awesome; 35lbs!!!
Has anyone experimented with altering the timing of Tabata? I've fooled around with a sucession of 60 sec then 10 sec rest then 50 with 10 seconds rest then 40 etc.It seems to grab you right from the get-go. I do 4 different exercises with a full 2 minutes rest between each exercise(since I need it) After 4 of these I'm totally gassed; but I'm 53 yrs old.
