very very neat,, great work.

Phenomenal work - it's too bad that Jaguar didn't choose to make them a little more performance oriented in the first place, as they had already done all the engineering. I expect yours will make the power they should have from the factory!

I never thought I'd see one like this. Keep the vids coming. Thanks!

whats the idea with the exhaust manifolds?
6 pipes into a large cylinder? why not just a 6 into 1 as per normal practice?

@1956ct My Dad has a replica XJ13 project about to get up and running he wants to know the ins and outs of doing this to the jag block as opposed to just increasing the crap out of the capacity and leaving it as a SOHC . Costs, time, part avail etc. Do you have an email?
Engine all together , Body & chassis going for paint is 2 weeks , engine harness finished , will make an engine stand & fire engine while body is away , will post a new pic of assembled prior to paint soon
2inch Exhaust is dumping into 3 inch pipe as it was easier & neater along the chassis rails. you may pick this up in next few pics

Cant wait to see this fired up. What capacity is it? Supposedly these blocks can safely be stretched to 10L! I assume you cut the timing cover off one head and welded it on to the other end to compensate for the opposite bank bank. Where in Aus are you?

@v12stuart
The engine is just under 6 ltrs , Bored out Block & new sleeves , Standard Cranksharft, The Timing covers were both cut off & disgarded , I made up plates on both ends & welded on , Heads are external Belt cam driven,
Melbourne
Thanks
