To be specific, Lance wasn't spending his quarter hour in a steam room, but rather in a conventional sauna where you sweat rigorously. Just got to hear from a relative of mine prior to watching this video that in steam sauna you can't see farther than your nose. So women and men get to share same sauna at the same time, like in Sauna World in Levi, Kittilä.

Also consider changing your sweatband to reduce core temps since cloth sweatbands trap alot of heat and reduce helmet air flow. Check into the saturation proof Sweat GUTR sweatband
