@RyanBrooksby Yeah, it's odd really. It seems that Emperor Charles will say whatever suits his interests. If engaging in Social Darwinism leads him to get his way, he'll do that. If killing free will and turning humanity into a collective where he controls everyone's bodies leads him to get his way, he'll do that too.

@Thedude90000 i dont see the relevence in stating that my comment was a month old. and yes, several years back i originally watched the naruto in dubs, when i could no longer find dubbed episodes i turned to sub and never went back. i decided to rewatch the series in sub and found that the language had been toned down for a younger audience, as naruto was on cartoon network at that time.
